Which systems can you integrate?

Any system with an API: Xero, Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot and other CRMs, Stripe and payment gateways, booking tools, Microsoft 365 and your own custom software.

Do you build custom Xero integrations?

Yes. Xero is our speciality. Our own products Invoice X and Dragon are built on the Xero API, and we build Xero integrations for clients in New Zealand and Australia.

Can you connect Shopify to Xero properly?

Yes. We record sales, fees, refunds and GST correctly, and check the setup with your accountant.

What if an app doesn’t have an API?

We can often use exports, email parsing or automation tools instead, and we’ll tell you honestly if a connection isn’t reliable.

What happens if an integration fails?

We build in alerts and retries, so problems are spotted and fixed quickly instead of silently losing data.
