What happens in the two-weekly review meeting?
We show you working progress, explain what was done and what’s next, answer your questions and agree the priorities for the next two weeks. Most meetings take 30 to 45 minutes by video call.
Do I have to attend every review?
We recommend it, because your feedback keeps the project on track. If you can’t make one, we send a short written update and a recording of the demo.
Can we change our minds during the project?
Yes. That’s the point of working in two-week sprints. Small changes fit into the next sprint; bigger ones we discuss with you, including any effect on price or deadline, before we go ahead.
Why don’t you show prices?
Every business is different, so we quote each project. The scoping call is free, and the quotation is agreed in writing before any work starts. No surprises.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Code, designs, content and accounts are yours, and we hand everything over.
Do you support the software after launch?
Yes. We offer ongoing updates and support, quoted separately so you only pay for what you need.
